About Us:
We are a growing residential leasehold management company serving the South Coast from our offices based in Ringwood. We specialise in new build leasehold properties and have become the go to company for local developers. The industry is fast paced and never dull.
We are looking for an individual to join the team predominately as an administrator but with a view to training and progressing to Property Manager. We will support the right candidate through their qualifications to achieve this.
About the Role:
This is a client focused role that covers all aspects of Property Management and Client Company administration for the Property Management team. You will work closely the Property Managers as well as liaising and working with various stakeholders, including teammates, clients, suppliers and professionals.
The role is predominately office based but may require attendance of off-site meetings. Access to company pool car is provided.
The role will be varied and fast paced with the opportunity for the right person to grow the role and responsibilities as the company grows.
About You:
We are looking for a pro-active, confident, dynamic, and well organised individual with a positive attitude to join us and become an integral part of the team. Experience in the property industry is not essential, but we are looking for the right individual who wants a career in Property Management and will have a desire to progress to a Property Manager role in the future.
The usual basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365 products are a must as are the following soft skills:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to enquiries.
- Supporting Property Managers in the day to day running of client properties.
- Instruct suppliers, chase quotations/reports/invoices
- Assisting with client company administration
- Assisting with change of tenancy administration
- Administering client insurance renewals for the PM team
- Administering insurance claims
- Administering client H&S reports for the PM team
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time
