Euro Flight Training is a busy and friendly flight training school, dedicated to helping students achieve their aviation goals. We’re looking for a confident and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our school and a key part of our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, deliveries, and visitor logs.
- Assist the admin team with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support management and instructors with various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls accurately.
- Assisting with email enquiries.
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area.
- Assisting with customer payments.
About you
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an engaging work environment where organisational talent and communication skills are essential for success.
- Previous Receptionist experience is an advantage
- An interest or experience in aviation is a bonus, but not essential
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software

The basic hours are 9am-5pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays. Hours do change subject to the season.
