Restaurant Team Member
Location: Crossbasket Castle, near Glasgow
Crossbasket Castle is a luxury 5-star hotel and award-winning event venue on the outskirts of Glasgow. We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our Restaurant Team.
As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing warm, attentive, and efficient service across our restaurants and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up restaurant and public areas to the highest standards.
- Serve food and beverages professionally, providing accurate descriptions of dishes and menu items.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public dining areas.
- Assist with the preparation, set-up, service, and clear-down of weddings, private functions, conferences, and other events.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while working as part of a collaborative team.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
