THE TEAM
As part of our Commercial Finance team, you'll report to the Senior Finance Manager for Network and work alongside a small, highly impactful team supporting easyJet's Network and Scheduling functions. Together, we play a critical role in helping the business make informed decisions around route performance, aircraft allocation, network investments and long-term planning.
The team acts as a key bridge between Network and Scheduling and the wider Finance function, providing the insight, challenge and financial expertise needed to support profitable growth across our network.
THE ROLE
This is a highly visible business partnering role at the heart of easyJet's commercial decision-making. You'll help shape the financial outcomes of our network by providing insight, analysis and challenge to support decisions on aircraft deployment, route allocation and scheduling.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering closely with Network and Scheduling stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision making.
Evaluating route profitability and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
Supporting Network Development Forum activity through financial modelling, business cases and scenario analysis.
Leading monthly reporting, forecasting and performance analysis across the network portfolio.
Developing insights that connect commercial, operational and financial performance.
Challenging assumptions within business cases and investment proposals.
Supporting long-term planning, budgeting and five-year business plans.
Assessing network initiatives, competitor activity and cost-saving opportunities.
Driving improvements in reporting capability and network performance insight.
Acting as a trusted advisor across Finance and Commercial teams.
