The Secret Garden Day Nursery in Westbridgford is a homely nursery a looking for a Room leader to join our team in the baby room. This is the ideal opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in a more senior role. Our groups of children are small and only we have up to 9 babies a day which enables you to get to know the families really well. We have a lovely garden area and we are situated in walking distance to the shops, library and beautiful parks.

The ideal candidate must:
- Be qualified to level 3 or above in childcare
- Have experience working with babies
- Be able to lead a team
- Have good use of initiative
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS
- Have enthusiasm for the role
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Be approachable
- Be able to work shifts between 8am and 6pm
