Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sous Chef. As a Sous, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the restaurant kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food production, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers

- Oversee food safety practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering of supplies
- Train new kitchen staff members on proper cooking techniques and procedures

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Qualifications:
