Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences, providing detailed product information and features.
- Support senior sales executives in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional services or vehicle accessories to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Participate in training sessions to develop effective communication skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Organize and manage appointments, follow-ups, and sales documentation efficiently to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Help support after sales with customer complaints
- Help organise the site and ensure the stock is properly presented
- Advertise vehicles and photograph cars when they have come through from the valeting bay
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds so someone from a customer service background would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with clients.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about automotive products, sales management principles, and upselling strategies.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
