We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Customer Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our sales organisation by creating, maintaining, and analysing customer pricing agreements while delivering valuable reporting and insights that help drive profitable growth.
Working closely with sales colleagues and other key stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring customer pricing files are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business objectives. You will also provide bespoke ad hoc reporting, enabling sales teams to make informed commercial decisions and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Pricing Management

Create, maintain, and update customer pricing files across multiple accounts.

Process pricing requests accurately and within agreed service levels.

Ensure pricing data is maintained to a high standard, identifying and correcting discrepancies where required.

Monitor pricing integrity and investigate pricing-related queries.
Sales Support

Assist with tender submissions, customer reviews, and pricing negotiations by providing relevant analysis and insight.

Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.
Reporting & Analysis

Produce bespoke ad hoc reports and analysis to support customer and sales activities.

Analyse customer purchasing trends, pricing performance, and margin opportunities.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and business insights.
Continuous Improvement

Support the development and enhancement of pricing tools, systems, and processes.

Contribute to initiatives that improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting capability.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis techniques.
