We are currently recruiting for an experienced F&B Supervisor to join the team: someone who will not only share our passion for the products but be enthusiastic, be hands on, work in a team and above all, have fun while doing it all. As F&B Supervisor , you are responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Bar & Restaurant to ensure that you are delivering an excellent guest experience every time.
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
· Running of the Bar & Restaurant day to day and standards within
· Exceptional levels of customer service
· Training and development of the team
· Dealing with guest queries
· Working within budget constraints
· Drive sales to maximize revenue
· Accountability for stock takes, profitability, cellar management
· Work to achieve departmental targets and objectives
· Evaluate performance to drive continuous improvement
· Inter-departmental and departmental communication
· Creating a friendly yet professional atmosphere
· Ensuring high levels of cleanliness in the bars & cellars at all times
· Manage and deliver our policies and procedures and ensuring that the team adhere to them
· Working together with other managers & supervisors, managing relationships with all employees, guiding & motivating the team towards delivering unforgettable experiences
