We are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for several of our schools (from 13 hours per week to 30 hours per week per role, term-time only) to support pupils' learning, well-being and development under the guidance of the class teacher and wider school staff.
Our Teaching Assistants help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment, enabling all pupils to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. Our Teaching Assistants also provide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), enabling them to access learning, develop independence, participate fully in school life and achieve their individual outcomes. Teaching Assistants will work closely with teaching staff, the SENDCo, parents/carers and external professionals to implement personalised support strategies and may be required to provide personal and intimate care in a manner that preserves the dignity, safety and wellbeing of the pupil.
