Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest services and directions to enhance their experience
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly arranged and stored
- Manage crowd flow by guiding guests, monitoring entry points, and maintaining safety protocols throughout the event
- Support event management by coordinating with vendors, performers, and staff to ensure timely execution of activities
- Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain a positive atmosphere
- Monitor event areas for cleanliness, safety hazards, or disruptions, taking immediate action when necessary
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth coordination during all phases of the event
Experience
- Previous experience in management or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse audiences
- Ability to stay energetic, organized, and attentive in fast-paced environments for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and guests
