Open Landscapes & Family Ltd is a small family run business and we are expanding further and grow the business.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Garden Maintenance Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping gardens neat, healthy, and well maintained. We travel all around Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire maintaining gardens and creating lovely spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, strimming, and edging
- Hedge cutting and pruning
- Weeding, planting, and general garden care
- Leaf clearance and seasonal tidy-ups
- Safe use and basic maintenance of garden tools and machinery
- Jet washing
- Hard and soft landscaping including patios, fencing and raised borders
Requirements:
- Previous garden maintenance or landscaping experience preferred (but not essential) can be trained up to our standards
- A good work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Driving licence essential (depending on role/location)
