Construction Renovation & Outdoor Rooms Ltd is looking for an experienced General Builder to join our growing team.
We are seeking a reliable, skilled tradesperson with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the building industry. This role is suited to someone who can work independently, maintain high standards, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in the construction industry.
- Competent in all aspects of general building, including:
- Brickwork
- Blockwork
- Foundations and concreting
- Drainage
- Roofing
- First and second fix joinery
- Plasterboarding
- General renovation works
- Extensions
- Structural alterations
- Landscaping and external works (advantageous)
- Ability to read and work from drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Own tools preferred.
- Positive attitude, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
Important
This position is not suitable for apprentices or trainees. We are only looking for experienced builders who can confidently carry out a wide range of construction tasks without supervision.
