We are looking for a Facilities Cleaner to join our team at Gwel An Mor Resort.

The Role
As a Facilities Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards of our leisure facilities. Working independently for approximately two hours per day, either in the early morning before guests arrive or in the late evening after facilities close, you will help ensure our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising the swimming pool area.
- Cleaning and maintaining changing rooms and shower facilities.
- Cleaning and refreshing sauna and steam room areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the gym and fitness equipment.
- Restocking consumables such as toilet rolls, soap, and paper towels.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or damaged equipment.
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
- Flexible approach to working either early mornings or late evenings.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent standards for our guests.
