Some people are simply made for front of house — quick on their feet, quicker with a smile, and able to make a packed Friday night feel effortless. If that sounds like you, our London venue is looking for its next FOH Team Member. Experience is a bonus rather than a requirement: attitude matters most here, and we provide full training for everything else.
Life on our front of house team
This is hospitality at its liveliest. Day to day as a FOH Team Member, you'll be:
- The first hello and the last goodbye — creating a welcome guests genuinely remember
- Running service smoothly: taking orders, delivering food and drinks, keeping tables happy
- Owning the details — clean sections, well-managed bookings, payments handled without a hitch
- Reading the room and supporting the team wherever you're needed most
- Sharing recommendations that turn a first visit into a regular one
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams so every service runs seamlessly
One shift you might be hosting a birthday table of twelve; the next, keeping a lunchtime rush moving. The variety is what makes the role.
What we're looking for
We value the right qualities over a lengthy CV. You'll thrive with us if you're:
- Genuinely warm — the kind of person guests instinctively feel at ease with
- Calm and composed when service gets busy
- A true team player who spots what needs doing before being asked
- Energetic and comfortable being on your feet throughout a shift
- Flexible with evenings and weekends — the busiest and best times in hospitality
No previous hospitality experience is required.
What's in it for you
- Fully paid training from your very first shift
- Hours to suit you — full-time and part-time FOH Team Member positions available
- Food and drink perks while on shift
- A genuine path to progression — many of our supervisors and managers began front of house
- A supportive, sociable team you'll look forward to working with
- Staff events, discounts and more
