Full-Time Gardener
Are you passionate about plants, gardens, and working outdoors? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Gardener to join our friendly and professional team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of sites, including beautiful formal estates, private gardens, intimate residential gardens, and commercial grounds. Every day brings something different, offering the chance to develop your horticultural skills while working in a variety of rewarding outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Planting, pruning, weeding, watering, and general plant care.
- Lawn maintenance, hedge trimming, border edging, and seasonal garden upkeep.
- Carrying out grounds maintenance on both private gardens and commercial grounds.
- Assisting with the design, development, and installation of new garden features.
- Maintaining the health, appearance, and long-term vitality of plants, trees, and shrubs.
- Operating and caring for a range of gardening tools and equipment.
- Working alongside experienced horticultural professionals to further develop your skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- RHS Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification as a minimum.
- PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates are desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance.
- A positive, proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
- A full, valid driving licence.
