We're currently recruiting a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our growing team in Newmarket. In this hands-on role, you'll be a key part of our production process, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Shift Details:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 – 13:00
- Total Hours: 39 per week
- Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour (equivalent to £25,857 annually)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products using hand tools in a manufacturing/engineering setting
- Learn new processes and techniques to boost productivity
- Ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
