Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming environment
- Manage patient appointments efficiently, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming bookings
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Assist patients with enquiries regarding treatments and procedures
- Coordinate communication between patients and practitioners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support administrative tasks such as processing payments and managing correspondence
- Ensure the clinic’s reception area remains organised and professional in appearance
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with clinic policies
Requirements
- Prior experience in an office environment or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments or healthcare settings is advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency in standard office software programmes (e.g., MS Office)
- A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and support
Pay: £24,420.00-£38,755.32 per year
