The New Loretta, Baytree and Chatsworth Hotels are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Breakfast Servers. As a Breakfast Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their breakfast experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
- Top up the breakfast buffets and serve tea and toast.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including morning, weekends, and holidays
