We are looking for a reliable, hard-working self-employed labourer to assist with a variety of construction and property maintenance projects across North Devon.
This is a casual role, with work available as and when required. Hours will vary depending on workload, but there is the potential for regular work for the right person.
Duties include:
- General labouring on construction and refurbishment projects
- Loading and unloading materials
- Site preparation and clearing
- Assisting tradespeople
- Basic demolition and strip-out work
- Keeping sites clean, safe and organised
- Occasional driving to collect materials
Requirements:
- Previous labouring or construction experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Own transport desirable
- Must be self-employed and responsible for own tax and National Insurance
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
