Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused FOH (Front of House) Team Members to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting the smooth operation of the establishment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle guest enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold company standards in appearance, behaviour, and hygiene at all times
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not mandatory; full training will be provided
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if required
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to guest service
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: £12.75-£13.00 per hour
