The role will involve servicing onsite welfare units nationwide using a flatbed van equipped with tanker. This includes delivering fresh water and removing effluent waste, including topping up toiletries.
Successful candidate will also be someone who is willing undertake work delivering units when required with a pick-up.
Duties will include:
- Follow planned delivery schedules to ensure efficient servicing
- Communicate with customers on site
- Using mobile phone app to upload images of work on site and complete jobs
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
- Assist with delivery duties as needed
- Assist with helping team members in yard when possible in cleaning and prepping cabins for hire
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in servicing welfare units.
- Previous experience towing.
Desirable Criteria
- Good geographical knowledge and willingness to travel nationwide.
- Experience in deliveries to construction sites.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently.
- Ability to adapt to any imminent changes to planned route due to emergency works
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's licence - with ability to tow up to 3.5t.
- Good knowledge of UK roads and routes
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required
