The Role
As a Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of cleaning and facilities solutions to new and current customers.
This is a perfect role for a confident, target-driven individual who enjoys meeting people, closing deals, and being rewarded for results. If you’re confident, outgoing, and eager to learn or develop, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits
- Conduct client meetings and prepare tailored service proposals
- Follow up leads and convert enquiries into long-term contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven knowledge and experience within the cleaning / facilities industry.
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets and commercially aware.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
