Where You'll Work
As a community-based Support Worker, you'll provide care and support to clients in their own homes across:
- Bawtry
- Tickhill
- Harworth
- Finningley
- Conisbrough
- Warmsworth
- New Edlington
- Edlington
Travel between clients' homes is an essential part of the role, and paid mileage is provided from leaving home until you return home.
What You'll Do

You'll support people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes by providing:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Shopping and light household tasks
- Companionship and emotional support
- Supporting people to remain independent and achieve their personal goals
- Promoting dignity, choice and respect in everything you do

Pay & Benefits
- £12.71–£14.80 per hour
- Enhanced weekend rate: £13.71–£14.80 per hour
- Enhanced pay on all UK Bank Holidays

- Paid mileage at 30p per mile, plus an additional 15p per mile through the Government Mileage Relief Scheme

Flexible Working Hours
We understand everyone has different commitments, so we offer flexible shift patterns, including:
- Full-time - part time available
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Full-day shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm
