Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Production Manager/Administration Assistant to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of overseeing production operations with providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth business processes. Duties
- Coordinate daily production activities, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels using Sage and other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, updating records accurately
- Prepare and manage sales administration documentation, including quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions and sales pipelines
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Support communication between production teams, sales teams, and clients to facilitate seamless operations
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, presentations, and document management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy levels
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or administrative support roles within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software and CRM systems is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—along with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to office administration and production workflows
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Administrative experience that showcases reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced setting
