Fixed Term Yard Operative (may include weekend work) – Based in Wells
Who we are:
We have 40 years’ experience providing stages and supporting structures to festivals, concerts, tours, sporting and corporate events.
We have an opportunity for hardworking yard operatives to join our team, initially based in our Wells site, but with potential for the right person to join our site crew teams working across the UK on our film projects and festivals!

We are looking for Yard Operatives to join our team based at our site in Wells, Somerset, initially on a 6 month contract. Additional travel to sites based across the UK may be required.
The role:
- Fixed-Term contract until end of February 2027 - with potential to extend a further 6 months
- Working 5 days out of 7, and some weekends on a rota
- Prepare and maintain our stage equipment
- Working as part of our spray painting team, painting stages and film structures
- Working with our sheet fabrication team helping to make fabric panels for festival stages and film structures
- Work with our fabrication team, working on our saw, laser cutter and other machinary
- Be able to drive our dropside or crew vans to collect from suppliers or deliver to site
- This is a very manual, hands-on role working outside
- Experience in construction, festivals or general manual labour is desired, but not essential, although you must be keen to learn and work hard
- Forklift license is essential.
- Telehandler and cherry picker skilled drivers are desirable
- Plant licensees are a bonus, but again not essential
- CSCS card is also a bonus, but not essential
- Valid UK driving licence is essential
