Job Overview
Grip. is a luxury, boutique reformer Pilates studio located in Birmingham. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, premium studio environment focused on high-quality movement, exceptional client experience, and strong community culture.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and high-quality 50-minute reformer Pilates classes.
Provide clear instruction, hands-on corrections, and safe exercise progressions/regressions.
Create a welcoming and inclusive class environment for clients of all abilities.
Build strong relationships with clients and support community engagement.
Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards.
Support studio events, themed classes, and brand initiatives where required.
Work collaboratively with management to maintain consistent class quality.
Requirements
Certified Reformer Pilates qualification (essential)
Previous experience teaching group reformer Pilates classes (1 year preferred)
Strong understanding of anatomy, movement principles and injury prevention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable and punctual
Ability to deliver a premium client experience
Preferred Availability
Ability to teach 5–15 classes per week
Availability to teach weekday morning, evening or weekend classes
