Duties
- Assist senior stylists with daily salon operations, including preparing workstations and maintaining cleanliness
- Support hair cutting, styling, coloring, and finishing techniques under supervision to build your technical skills
- Engage with clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service
- Practice effective upselling of salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Participate in mentoring sessions to develop communication skills, professionalism, and industry knowledge
- Contribute to a welcoming salon atmosphere by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
Requirements
- A genuine passion for hairdressing services with a desire to learn and grow professionally
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Enthusiasm for developing skills in store management, customer service, and technical beauty treatments
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undertake training in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other advanced beauty techniques
- Commitment to completing the apprenticeship program while balancing practical responsibilities
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus but not essential; motivation and eagerness are key
