About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Trainees. If you are motivated by progression, earning potential, and building a career in a fast-paced commercial environment, we would love to hear from you.
Through a structured training programme and real hands-on experience, you will develop key skills in customer acquisition, brand representation, and campaign management — with clear and fast progression opportunities into leadership and management roles.
No previous sales experience is required. We are looking for the right attitude, ambition, and work ethic above everything else.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and executing client sales and marketing campaigns
- Engaging with customers face to face to promote products and services
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Delivering a high-quality brand experience in line with client expectations
- Representing the company with professionalism and confidence
- Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team targets
- Participating in ongoing training and personal development
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or any target-driven environment is beneficial but not required

Pay: £27,620.00-£29,860.00 per year
