As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Operative to join our Haddenham team.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position supporting the day-to-day running of our warehouse and logistics operation. You'll be responsible for receiving deliveries, preparing materials for dispatch, maintaining stock accuracy and helping ensure projects are delivered on time.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and booking in deliveries.
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and carrying out stock checks.
- Organising courier collections and deliveries.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
- Supporting the production and project teams when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential).
- Is organised, reliable and has a strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn.
- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Has basic computer skills.
- Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred).
A forklift licence would be an advantage, but training can be provided.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
