Summary
We are seeking a Level 3 and above Room Leader of our toddler room to join our passionate team at Aplomb Day Nursery in Greenford. This vital role involves leading our toddler room, supporting children's development, and fostering a nurturing atmosphere aligned with our holistic approach. Your expertise will help shape the future of young learners in our community.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the toddler room team to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support children's individual needs and developmental progress.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure positive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of nursery practices and standards.
- Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification or higher in childcare or early childhood education required.
- Proven experience working in a nursery or preschool setting.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for early years
- Knowledge of holistic learning approaches such as the curiosity approach, montessori, reggio emelia.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greenford UB6 8LN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
