The Role
This is an opportunity to join a successful Sales department at a market leading agent.
Your Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers.
Your Skills and Experience:
- You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales.
- You are target driven.
- You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the property market.
- You are proactive and tenacious.
- You hold a valid driving licence AND OWN A CAR

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
