Bartender - Llys Meddyg Restaurant with Rooms, Newport, Pembrokeshire.
We are looking for an experienced bar person with cocktail making skills interested in developing seasonal drinks.
Responsibilities include the day-to-day smooth running of the bar including a high standard of cleanliness and presentation, cashing up, and providing our customers with a warm welcome.
The role is suitable for a hard working, hands-on individual with experience in a similar role with a genuine interest in good food and wine and a commitment to a high standard of service throughout the business.
The role is largely focused on drink/cocktail/wine service but there will also be some requirement to support other areas of the business, particularly in the restaurant with table service in the quieter months. Although trade is largely seasonal, the role is year round and 40-50 hours per week.
