Lead Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Lead Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the logistics team and ensuring installations run smoothly. You'll work closely with engineers, supply chain partners and customers to coordinate materials, track deliveries, resolve issues and keep accurate information updated across our systems. You'll also support the wider team with training, guidance and day-to-day problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to the team, assisting with workload, answering queries and offer training to new and existing members of the team.
Engage with engineers to ensure they have materials required for the daily installs.
Track daily deliveries and ensure all engineers have the most up to date information when requested.
Communicate daily with supply chain partners.
Organise for any missing or damaged equipment to be reissued and delivered to site.
Update ZUNO admin platform regularly to ensure all recommendations, costs, technical knowledge and information is being recorded for each job.
Ensure the team is using admin effectively to gain information required.
Liaise with customers where necessary to assist with any issues and ensure the smooth running of their install.
Work alongside the manager to efficiently resolve any team issues.
