Who we are looking for
Someone who is:
- Nurturing and responsive, tuned in to the needs of each individual child
- Creative and curious, with a love for play, stories, singing and discovery
- Organised and reliable, supporting routines and record-keeping
- A team player, open to learning and working closely with colleagues
- Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare, or working towards it. If you are still on your journey, we are genuinely happy to support you the rest of the way.
