The Role
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role where you will handle calls, emails, and patient onboarding across multiple systems.
You will also play a key role in proactively managing patient communication, ensuring nothing is left unclear or delayed.
Key Responsibilities1. Patient Communication
- Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally
- Respond to emails and queries efficiently and accurately
- Provide clear, confident answers across:
- Prescription queries
- Delivery updates
- Ordering and general support
2. Proactive Patient Updates (Key Responsibility)
- Actively monitor prescriptions and patient progress
- Contact patients proactively if:
- Further information is needed
- There are delays or updates
- Action is required from them
- Ensure patients are kept informed without needing to chase
3. Patient Onboarding
- Guide new patients through registration and setup
- Ensure all details are accurately captured and recorded
- Create a smooth, welcoming first experience
4. Relationship Building
- Build rapport naturally on calls
- Create a friendly, reassuring, and professional experience
- Balance warmth with efficiency — resolving queries without unnecessary delays
5. System Management & Accuracy
- Work across multiple systems (prescriptions, delivery, ordering, CRM)
- Keep clear, accurate notes on all interactions
- Ensure tasks are completed and nothing is missed or forgotten
6. Multitasking & Workflow Management
- Handle a high volume of calls and tasks
- Prioritise effectively in real time
- Maintain speed without compromising accuracy or service quality
