The Role:As a Registered Manager, you will be at the heart of our service, driving exceptional care delivery and inspiring a culture of inclusivity and excellence. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about person-centred care, motivated by high standards, and ready to lead a dedicated team.Key Responsibilities:· Lead and inspire the care and administration team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.· Develop strategic plans and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures.· Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.· Drive quality control through regular audits, client visits, and evaluations.· Ensure all care planning and risk assessments are compliant and support clients in achieving their individual outcomes.· Support the business growth by converting new enquiries into efficient care services.· Actively manage incidents and complaints, driving continuous improvement.· Lead recruitment, staff inductions, appraisals, and professional development.· Coordinate with Directors to expand high-quality home care in the local area.· Participate in the on-call function, including weekends and bank holidays.About You:We are looking for someone who is:· Passionate about quality care: A deep commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.·
Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care or ready to step up.· Commercially aware: Effective resource management.· A strong leader: Able to motivate, manage, and develop staff.· Organised and proactive: Able to plan, prioritize, and work well under pressure.· Communicative: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.·
Compliance-focused: Familiar with CQC regulations and quality assurance.· Adaptable and solution-oriented: Agile in addressing challenges with a calm approach.Requirements:· CQC registration qualifications.· Extensive care experience with a proven track record.· Strong IT skills and familiarity with care management systems.· Full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
