We're recruiting experienced, dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Swadlincote area.
You will be providing one-on-one care and support to a female client living with Dementia and poor mobility. We are looking for someone empathetic, reliable, and comfortable working alongside a highly involved and supportive family.
Your Duties Will Include:
Full personal care and toileting assistance.
Mobility support around the home.
Preparation of daily meals and drinks.
Providing gentle companionship.
Client Background: The client used to love visiting garden centers, though she is no longer able to do this due to her mobility. A carer who can share stories, engage her in her past hobbies, and provide warm companionship would be highly valued. Her daughter is closely involved in her care plan and visits frequently.
Shifts include 2-3 24 hour shifts per week every other weekend.
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience prefered
- Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
