We are looking for additional staff to join the production team at our Lympne Factory. This role focuses on operating machinery within our sheet metal department, producing components for our products. The position is Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.
You will need a strong eye for detail, experience working with machinery or power tools, and the ability to work independently to achieve production targets. The role requires someone who is physically fit, reliable, and self-motivated.
About the Job
- Operating sheet metal machinery to manufacture components to specification.
- Handling and processing materials including steel and aluminium.
- Monitoring machine output to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any faults or issues.
- Loading and unloading materials and finished products safely.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workstation at the end of each shift.
About You
- Physically fit with experience in manual handling.
- Experience operating machinery (sheet metal or similar manufacturing environment preferred).
- Competent using power tools and production equipment.
- Able to follow technical drawings, specifications, and job sheets.
- Reliable with a good attendance record.
- Able to demonstrate longevity in previous employment.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and motivated to meet production targets.

- £13.61 per hour during a 6-month probation period
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
