- Proven experience managing people in a warehouse, logistics, or fast-paced operational environment

Confidence handling HR processes — return to work meetings, absence management, investigations, and disciplinaries

A genuine knack for organising people and tasks under pressure, especially during busy or seasonal periods

Strong communication skills — you make sure nothing falls through the cracks between shifts

A fair, structured approach to onboarding and developing new team members, including agency staff
