The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Finished product oversight — Maintain and regularly review the full list of finished products available for sale and sampling, reviewing availability status and lifecycle stage.
- Product lifecycle review — Monitor products through introduction, growth, maturity, and discontinuation; highlight items requiring review, rationalisation, or promotional focus.
- Product Sales performance analysis — Produce regular and ad‑hoc analysis of product and range performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Stock level recommendations — Review and propose appropriate stock levels to support promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Pricing & quoting support — Assist with pricing reviews, margin analysis, and the preparation of customer quotations where required.
- Inbox management

- Documentation accuracy
- Support with relevant Marketing materials
- Support the Product Commercialisation Manager
Essential criteria for this position are:
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work effectively using internal databases and reporting systems
- Excellent communication skills with friendly and professional manner, ability to communicate to all levels of the business
- Accuracy, precision, attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a “can do” attitude, with the ability to manage own workload effectively
- Flexibility and willingness to carry out a variety of urgent and routine tasks
- Resourceful and proactive with a desire for continuous improvement
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Willingness to build relationships and be customer focused
- Customer Services or Sales Administration experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamic
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
