MIG & TIG Welder / Fabricator
We are currently seeking an experienced MIG & TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our client's growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal components to required specifications
- Carry out finishing work to a high standard
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
- Strong fabrication skills
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications
- Experience working in a workshop or manufacturing environment
