Hours will be made up from either two 8-hour shifts or four 4-hour shifts across the week
1 weekend shift per week will be required
FTE Salary - £26,538 per annum
Actual Salary based on 16 hours per week: £10,615 per annum

We are based in an 18-acre estate in a quiet Snowdonian valley, bordering a lake within a superb mountain landscape that looks up to the west face of Snowdon. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, comfortable residential accommodation and delicious nourishing meals for up to 32 guests, a range of pleasant and diverse workrooms and plenty of refreshing outdoor space, our guests and visitors can enjoy the tranquillity and calmness and fully engage in all their activities. The Trigonos team work to ensure that every visitor has the best experience possible during their time here.
We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to join the Trigonos Team. The postholder will be expected to work closely with the Assistant Manager – Bookings and Administration to support the bookings and administrative function of Trigonos, ensuring all guests continue to receive a high-quality experience aligned with the vision and values of Trigonos.
Main Duties include;
- Maintain accurate booking, guest and administrative records, supporting booking enquiries, guest administration and the smoother operation of the bookings and administration function.
- Demonstrate confident and efficient use of multiple digital platforms and administrative systems, including RMS Cloud, Booking.com, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Planner.
- Assist with the smooth running of events and retreats at Trigonos, by providing administrative support in event preparation, guest information and other admin requirements, where appropriate.
- Support with the administrative duties in relation to raising invoices and sending payment requests, ensuring payments are kept up to date.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas and documents, taking minutes, and distributing reports.
- Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house support to guests, including responding to enquires, supporting arrivals and departures, and assisting with reception duties, where required.
Trigonos has a successful history of providing warmth and high-quality hospitality for a range of activities and courses. The 20-bedrom facility includes meeting rooms, workshop spaces, and beautiful grounds. The post holder will be expected to work closely with the Chefs and Hospitality Team to ensure that all guests continue to receive high quality services, and that Trigonos business remains aligned to the vision and values of Trigonos and Ruskin Mill Trust.

The Successful candidate will be/have;
- Outstanding administrative skills with an ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally.
- Ability to remain organised and on task while managing competing priorities in a busy hospitality environment.
- Experience of working in a similar role undertaking a wide range of administrative duties.
- High level of personal resilience with an ability to remain solution focussed.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
- Applications from Welsh speaking applicants would be highly desirable.
