About the Role
You’ll be part of a busy, customer-focused café team delivering excellent coffee, food, and service. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and great teamwork is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks, and light café food
- Deliver friendly, fast, and consistent customer service
- Work across all areas of the café during busy service
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Support opening, closing, and daily café operations
- Follow food safety and health & safety procedures
- Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong team player
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy café environment
- Passion for coffee, food, and great customer service
- Flexible to work weekends and occasional evenings
- Reliable, punctual, and committed
Experience
- Previous café, barista, or hospitality experience preferred
- Barista skills required
- Understanding of food hygiene and café operations an advantage
