Ideal candidate - someone who has carried out senior care assistant position, full training will be given. The candidate is required to have a very good understanding of care standards. You would be working alongside the care manager carrying out duties such as , administering medication, care planning , carrying out assessment on potential placements, auditing various aspects of care. You are required to have good administrative skills and a good standard of English. Experience of using digital care planning preferred, ideally Person Centred Software or a good level of IT skills
