Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team and drive our human resources initiatives forward. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for employee relations, HR operations, and administrative functions. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support the overall success of our organization. You will utilize your strong communication skills and HR systems knowledge to streamline processes and enhance employee engagement across all levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
- Serve as a primary resource for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures, providing clear and positive communication.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts by utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like Salesforce or Workday to track candidates and facilitate smooth hiring processes.
- Assist with data entry and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy in HR databases and compliance with legal requirements.
- Support social media management initiatives to promote company culture, job openings, and employer branding efforts.
- Collaborate with management on performance management processes, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to personnel files, payroll data, and HR reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles with a strong understanding of HR functions.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences.
- Experience with ATS tools like Salesforce or Taleo for recruitment tracking and applicant management.
- Strong data entry skills ensuring accuracy in HR records and reports.
- Knowledge of social media management to support employer branding activities.
- Prior experience in administrative tasks within a human resources environment is preferred.
