Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organised work environment throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate tasks and address any special requirements
Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites or supply runs
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members confidently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to health and safety standards
- Organised, reliable, and punctual with a keen eye for detail
