Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking a n In ‑ Room Dining Waiter – Nights to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hotelier to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
As an In ‑ Room Dining Waiter - Nights, you will deliver personalised, discreet, and impeccably timed service within the privacy of our guests’ rooms. You will ensure every order is executed with precision, elegance, and attention to detail, contributing to both guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
You will perform the following responsibilities to the highest standards of luxury hospitality:
- Respond to guest requests promptly, graciously, and with professional discretion
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the in ‑ room dining menu, promotions, and daily specials
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point ‑ of ‑ sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders with precision, efficiency, and refined presentation
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, anticipating needs and preferences
- Serve alcoholic and non ‑ alcoholic beverages in full compliance with licensing regulations and company standards
Maintain in ‑ room dining service stations fully stocked, organised, and presented to brand standards

The ability to work independently with confidence while contributing seamlessly to a cohesive team

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or a luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Experience with cash handling and point ‑ of ‑ sale systems
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene and safety regulations
