- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the product selection process.
- Communication: Attend customer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain smooth operations.
- Social Media Engagement: Manage social media promotions, including TikTok live sessions, to drive engagement and sales.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is always neat, clean, and well-organized for customers.
- Stock Management: Monitor and update stock levels to avoid shortages and ensure product availability.
- Hospitality: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all showroom visitors.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple responsibilities, including customer service, stock management, and team coordination.
- Weekend Availability: Be willing to work on weekends to meet business demands.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or showroom sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, is an advantage.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
