About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and motivated Inbound Sales Adviser to join our growing team.
This isn't a cold calling role. Every enquiry comes from people actively looking for our services. Your job is to guide them to the right solution, build trust, and convert enquiries into sales through excellent communication and disciplined follow-up.
Success in this role is not about taking calls—it's about owning your pipeline. You'll be responsible for managing every lead from first enquiry through to conversion, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to inbound enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
- Qualify customers and recommend the most appropriate service for their needs.
- Take ownership of your personal sales pipeline from enquiry through to conversion.
- Keep the CRM updated in real time with accurate notes, tasks and follow-up activity.
- Ensure every lead receives timely and professional follow-up until a clear outcome is reached.
- Re-engage dormant enquiries using telephone, email and other appropriate channels.
- Produce quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Work towards and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Escalate customer issues where appropriate while maintaining a professional service.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- At least 2 years' experience in an inbound sales or telesales environment.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into sales.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Outstanding CRM management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing your own sales pipeline.
- Highly organised with excellent time management.
- Comfortable handling multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professional, friendly and empathetic approach.

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,065.89 per year
